INGREDIENTS
30 ml whisky
30 ml Kahlua, or any coffee liqueur or even cold coffee
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup Crème Fraîche or cream/milk
Grated chocolate
METHOD
Put all into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, sprinkle with chocolate and enjoy.
This is delicious!!!! There are many different ways to mix this with changing the
liqueurs to your own taste but this seems to be the basic recipe.
