Put in blender
1 tin drained chick peas
1 to 3 cloves of garlic sliced (depending on taste)
1/2 lemon juice
2 tblsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teasp paprika
2 tblsp tahini sauce
Blend till smooth adding a little water a tablespoon at a time to get it to mix
well . Store in fridge.
