Melon Smoothie for Slimmers

Ingredients

3 cups seeded melon chunks (your choice of melon)
1 cup crushed ice
¾  cup plain low fat yogurt
1 tablespoon sweetener or tablets equal to 3 teasp sugar
½ teasp ground ginger
1/8 teasp almond flavour

1. In a blender, combine the melon, ice, yogurt, sugar, ginger and almond.

2. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses.
